Immaculately clean modern accommodation with professional staff and PERFECT location to the bustling market. Location just off the Gateway of India, the famous sights, and the airport.

The place is comfortable and has wonderful location very close to all the tourist attractions in South Mumbai. At the roof top bar they serve spicy food and drinks.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, with the Gateway of India just a short walk away. The staff was very friendly and efficient, always ready to assist us. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathroom was particularly impressive, with a bathtub included. The front desk was very efficient and made our check-in process smooth. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which, although basic, was tasty.

The room was excellent and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Complimentary welcome drinks and cookies were a very thoughtful gesture. The hotel is located in a prime spot close to all the major landmarks and attractions. We enjoyed the stunning view from our room, which was equipped with all the modern amenities.

Worst value for price: The hotel was quite expensive during the Xmas holidays. We were disappointed that bottled water was not provided free of cost.

The bathroom was huge, the decor was contemporary, the hotel was clean.

The towels were scrtchy and awful, the breakfast was bare bones American style and the staff was extremely noisy.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise in such a big noisy city. The hotel was a quiet, calm oasis amidst all the turmoil of a big city. The rooms were spacious & nicely decorated. All our requests were answered promptly- excellent service!

The only thing that was not great was the food. We ordered room service as we arrived late from a flight; there was not much available from the menu and what we got was ok but not great. The breakfast was adequate but a bit of fruit would have made it much better.
